Sida Tower is a high-rise twin-tower development in Yulin’s Xisha District, Shaanxi Province, combining office spaces, retail, and business meeting facilities. Situated at the intersection of Tai’an Road and Jianyu Road, the project comprises 25 above-ground floors and three underground levels, with a total building area of 101,439 square meters.

Positioned as a “comprehensive, scientific, open, and ecological” urban landmark, Sida Tower serves as both a hub for high-end enterprises and a symbol of Yulin’s urban identity. Its defining feature is a connecting bridge between the towers, creating visual and social interaction on every floor. The double atrium at the ground level enhances circulation and fosters social connectivity, while landscaped elements extend from the street corner into the building’s design, blending interior and exterior spaces.

The facade, inspired by Yulin’s Wave Valley and the Mu Us Desert, features dynamic, staggered forms and horizontal connections. These elements create breathing spaces, outdoor platforms, and visual fluidity. Thoughtfully balancing aesthetics and functionality, the design ensures optimal sunlight, skyline integration, and user comfort. Sida Tower exemplifies a modern, responsive architectural approach, merging innovative form, ecological harmony, and user-centric design in an iconic urban structure.
